The Park MGM – South Block
LAS VEGAS, NV [2014-2016]

Coda Group was hired by Sletten Construction, one of the three General Contractors that worked on the Park project located between the New York New York and Monte Carlo Casinos on the Las Vegas Strip. Coda served as the General Contractor’s LEED consultant for the duration of the construction of the shell build-out of the South Block of the Park project. The Park Project ultimately attained a LEED Silver Core and Shell Rating for the work done by the entire project team.

The Architect of Record is Marnell and the Contractor is Sletten Construction.
